All of NGRT Systems Private Limited orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Nagpur, India to your provided shipping address via third-party courier partners. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. Shipping destinations offered by www.ngrt.in for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes only P. O. Box details in any part or form.
NGRT Systems Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the “Ship To” address mentioned while placing the order online. NGRT Systems Private Limited is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Free Shipping for orders above value Rs. 1000. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the courier partner (mentioned in the order and shipping communication mails) Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
NGRT Systems Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made for the order. The customer may, however, track the status of the order online
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the NGRT Systems Private Limited marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- NGRT Systems Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
